Tried to check in on line for two different shops. Couldn’t check in. Called store and told them and the girl laughed. I tried to log in and said wrong password. Changed password and tried to log in. Said didn’t have account. Tried to setup new account and said already had one. I’ve given up. Used to like to go there but won’t go again.

I have been going to this location since I moved back to the area about a year ago. Jocelyn was my stylist this past Saturday and she was great. Not only a great haircut, but her service was outstanding.

This place is horrible. I've given them a few chances and they always mess it up. This one lady in particular has been horrible twice. After ruining my hair I told her just to buzz it off, she couldn't even do that right and now I have an uneventful buzz cut. How is that possible? Even her coworker told her I couldn't leave the store like that... I'll never go back. Cutting myself would be better than this place.
