Their Sign-in App is the worst, un friendly, flawed excuse for making an appointment ! I can't trust it to permit a confirmed sign-in. I have mentioned this to Betty, store manager, mutiple times and don't get much showing of sympathy. It's a "it is what it is" matter ! The Stylists, particularly Lucinda, are great. They listen to how you want your hair cut/styled and deliver a great appearance. Pricing is good and they offer great discounts periodically. I have been a regular for over 20 years so. If they could just get a new software programmer, I'll be coming back.

Betty is the best!!! My wife and I both have got our hair done/cut there for years!! Wouldn't go anywhere else.
